Underground Water Storage Tank is manufactured via a rotational moulding process to produce a seamless one-piece, watertight tank. Its structural design is sturdy enough to withstand the pressure from the soil when empty. These prefabricated plastic tanks provide numerous benefits compared to traditional concrete and masonry tanks, with the aim of replacing them altogether. They represent the optimal choice for an underground tank, serving various purposes such as home water storage, drinking water preservation, fire protection and irrigation.
Product Description
Skysic underground water storage tanks are designed to provide effective and dependable water storage solutions. To ensure correct installation, start by digging the pit to the necessary tank size and levelling the bottom surface. Place the tank on a properly prepared RCC base. Fill one-fourth of the tank with water while simultaneously backfilling the hole with sand or gravel to the same level. Fill the tank halfway, then three-fourths, and backfill to match the water level. Once this is completed, make any necessary plumbing connections. Finally, fill the tank to full capacity and complete the backfilling operation. If necessary, an RCC surface can be built on top as specified in the design.
